Thanks for your purchase, since I am not Amazon, delivery is NOT overnight. Since I am from Canada, delivery outside of Canada will take a bit longer than you are used to. Here is what to expect: Approximately: 3-6 days Western Canadian Provinces 7-10 days Eastern Canadian Provinces Delivery from Canada to USA - 2-3 weeks lettermail, or contact me for faster delivery Delivery from Canada to Europe and Australia - 2-4 weeks lettermail with no tracking information.

As stated in the item description, Delivery does not come with unless Buyer requests it beforehand. Orders where combined shipping total is $15USD or more in Canada will come with Tracking (and faster delivery). for the USA, if the shipping total is $25USD or more will get Tracking (and faster delivery). Delivery from Canada to International locations with tracking costs $50USD, so it is not cheap.

NO, There are no games with a purchase of a retrobox. These are just custom boxes so that you can display your game like a collector should. Please examine photos to understand what you are getting.

The email address you registered with eCrater will be used to notify you of when your item(s) have been shipped. Processing time to build boxes takes about 3-5 days, afterwards your item(s) will be shipped. Arrival times do vary based on your location. Read the item listing to find out how long it will take to complete the delivery.

If you did not reach out to me requesting to pay extra for Tracking, then it was not shipped with Tracking and I would have just entered "Shipped#date#" in the field where Tracking should be entered. This is just to notify the buyer that item(s) have been shipped and the date stamp. Buyer must contact me FIRST if tracking and faster delivery is needed.
